Training today was pure running. We ran from sch to ECP, around the cable ski area and back! Ahhhhhhhhhhh, I feel so unfit and seriously unprepared for training on Thursday.
Sigh, why do I have the feeling that coach will flare up at us on Thursday?
Anyway PW is killing me! I can't wait for after 4th November.
